Our TeamPlant People was founded in 2000, by Wayne and Maritza Padgett after finding their passion was working with plants to create better environments. You will likely get to meet every member of the family as we work as a foundational team to provide the best care to the plants and our customers. Elyse and Michael are second generation plant care experts bringing experience in Marketing, HR, Brand Development and a passion for plants.
